Who are we? It’s actually pretty simple—Fosdick is a group of tile installers in Kansas City who genuinely love what we do.

We focus on creating customized, exceptional spaces that reflect each client’s style. We hate being boring, and we take on projects that show off our clients’ personalities, focusing on producing quality results that our clients have fallen in love with again and again. Whether we’re installing, designing, or both, we guarantee amazing tiling services that will elevate your space.

Building a Business, One Tile at a Time

Dylan Fosdick, our founder and CEO, has experience in many fields. HVAC, sales—you name it, he’s probably tried it. His love of learning led him to learn how to install tile, and that’s when he discovered his passion for creating beautiful, custom tile work.

He honed his skills for two years until he decided to branch out on his own, and so he created Fosdick Tile & Stone to produce quality tile work that he and his clients loved. His main focus became quality—both in results and service.

Now he’s installing, designing, and working with general contractors to create amazing builds for his clients.

He loves what he does and brings on additional team members who feel the same way. Our Fosdick team isn’t just another tile installer in Kansas City, but a group of professionals who take pride in their work of making exceptional and high-quality tile projects.

We enjoy putting our clients’ personalities into our work, so we make designs that are unique to them. We work with them closely until they love their space, and we keep moving forward with that same love of learning that helped Dylan discover his passion and inspired him to create Fosdick in the first place.

Our Process

We’re a group of tile installers in Kansas City who prioritize quality over quantity for every project.

We’ll meet with you for an initial walk through of the project space, discussing your project details as we go. Our team will develop an estimated timeline based on the availability and pricing of the materials you’re looking at, then once you feel like everything is ready to go, our team gets to work.
This is our team’s favorite part of the process. We gather all the materials we need, coordinate with your contractor (if you have one) and we get to work. If we run into any issues during your project, we make sure to keep you and your contractor informed on how to best proceed. We want to make sure you’re aware of what’s happening with your project, and are happy to answer any and all questions.
Once we’ve finished installing your project, we do a final walk-through with you to make sure everything turned out just how you imagined it. Once we’re sure you’re more than pleased with the final results, we’ll begin your project warranty so you won’t have to worry about problems that may occur later.
